Success in school is an opportunity we’d like to think is available to all children. For children who become homeless, success in school can quickly become a shattered dream.

In Austin, over 4,000 students, from Pre-K to high school, are homeless. Without help, many of those children will never be able to succeed in an academic environment. Cap City Kids (The Capital City Fund for Education) is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Its mission is to provide volunteer and financial support to assist homeless children in gaining access to and the benefits of our public education programs and institutions. |
